working directly with you we can provide cost planning advise, assistance with value engineering, schedules of work, feasibility studies, assistance with interim valuations and final accounts where appropriate. We can also help with the production and issuing of tender documents to main contractors.
For Private Clients –
for one off projects, whether domestic or commercial we can help with preliminary cost plans to help you evaluate the feasibility of a project – our experience will bring a positive approach to your scheme. We can also assist with procurement advice helping you get your project off the ground.
For Main Contractors/Construction Managers –
we can assist with the preparation of contractors tenders, procurement tenders for both material and sub-contractors, interim valuations, pricing of contract change orders, the preparation of, submission and if required negotiation of final accounts.
For Developers –
we help with feasibility studies, budget preparation, procurement advice, sub-contract and material tender preparation, negotiation, review and recommendation, progress valuations, cost reporting, change valuations and final accounts. Bank valuations, drawdown schedules and cost to complete reports.
